Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify, items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@harleybellew.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions for sending your package back to us.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@harleybellew.com so we can evaluate the situation and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces (special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before initiating a return.


Exchanges

To ensure the fastest turnaround, we recommend returning your original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred piece.


Refunds

Once your return is received, our team will carefully inspect the item and notify you by email when your refund is approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that while we process approved refunds promptly, your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
